Deadlines

You can file your DAP-Application Form any time after January 1. (You can do it earlier with us via the web or over the phone.)

Any down payment and/or assistance identified in any award letter or e-mail notification by our company is no guarantee of availability nor is will there be any warrant or guarantee for the time it may take for the participant to move forward with any purchase. Participant(s) will hold company, affiliates, employees, officers, realtors and/or any one harmless, for up to the fees associated with our service. Federal and/or State assistance may be limited and much of it is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, or there are specific deadlines associated with accessing such assistance. You may contact any state or federal agency to check on availability at any time. Also, specific tax credit incentives which may be offered by the federal or state government may have specific deadlines associated with those programs. You should check with your accountant for any specific questions associated with those programs.

To help our homebuyers, Financial Program Strategies, Inc. will support each participant with submitting in their DAP-Application Form as early as possible.
