Eligibility

Nearly every homebuyer is eligible for some form of down payment and closing cost assistance, regardless of income or circumstances, provided that you:

• are a U.S. citizen, a U.S. national, or an eligible non-citizen;
• have a valid Social Security Number;
• do not owe federal or state income taxes;
• are not in default on any federal student loans;
• are purchasing an owner occupied single family, multi-family or condominium;
• and that it’s acceptable under government and state sponsored underwriting guidelines.

Applying for All Available Down-Payment & Closing Cost Assistance DAP-Application is Step #1

For us to identify any and all down payment and/or closing cost assistance available, you must submit a completed DAP-Application form.

Additionally, most some states may require additional information needed in order to determine the available programs available. Because each state offered down payment and/or closing cost assistance available may change from time to time, we do not promise or guarantee at any time, regardless if it is available or not for any state or government program that we have up to date information needed to determine all available down payment and/or closing cost assistance available. If the participant using our services believes that there may be assistance available that we have not identified we will look into it further but do not warrant or guarantee any specific result, regardless.

Using our DAP-Application Form does not preclude the requirement of any state and/or government agencies requirements necessary to formally apply for assistance. Participant acknowledges that the DAP-Application Form is that of the company’s and will be used only for company purposes in helping us indentify any available down payment and/or closing cost programs we have knowledge of being available to homebuyers at the time of the application submission. Some states require that you file other applications for assistance, grants, loans and or aid, etc. Check with your state agency for any state or government -specific requirements.
